CLEAN LINERS WITH EXTRA AFTER RINSE
In addition to AW10, which flushes the cluster with clean water and/or disinfectant, the AirWash 20 (AW20) is equipped with an extra valve for rinsing with clean water. This means there is no chance of disinfection residues getting into the liners.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Water and compressed air is intermittently injected 30 seconds after take-off of the cluster. The water and air are injected through special valves that are fitted into the liner stem and use around 500 ml of drinking water per cluster. This can be adjusted to the preference of the client.
The AW20 system is configured for fully automatic operation by using the end-of-milking signal of the Automatic Cluster Removal system. Installation of the AW20 system is easy and can be installed into any brand/type of milking parlour at any time.
